If you're not familiar with Disney+ Canada, it's a new streaming service that launched today, November 12. After what seems like months of anticipation and teases of the content, it seems like users can't use it as of right now.
The streaming service launched at 6 AM this morning, and new users took to Twitter to reveal their frustrations.
After Disney+ tweeted out a bunch of the content you can expect when you make your purchase, fans replied to the tweet asking why they couldn't even access those shows.
One Twitter user just replied, "It's not even working my guy". While another one just replied, "Would love to (watch), but..." with their TV screen clearly showing an error message from Disney+ that says, "Unable to connect to Disney+".
Others are being understanding, saying "I'm sure Disney will get the kinks out eventually."
However, others just want answers as to why the website crashed two hours after the launch.
There is no word from Disney+ Canada as of right now, and Narcity has reached out for a comment.
However, this just means that for Disney+ Canada, the launch was so successful that eager subscribers crashed the website. That's a good and not so great thing!
