The 'Fuller House' Final Season Trailer Is Here & It'll Make You So Emotional (VIDEO)
Save the date for June 2!
Time to say goodbye! The Fuller House final season trailer just arrived and it looks like the next nine episodes are going to be quite the emotional ride. The farewell season drops so soon, so you'll want to stock up on tissues now.
Fuller House first premiered on Netflix in 2016 and brought back the characters you know and love from the 90s.
All grown up now, sisters D.J. and Stephanie are navigating adulthood and motherhood, alongside their lifelong BFF Kimmy.
Throughout five seasons, they've dealt with relationships, heartbreaks, demanding careers, fussy children, and as always, lighthearted family drama.
Just over four years after its official premiere, the series will come to an end with season five's second part coming to Netflix on June 2.
The trailer opens on flashbacks from the original series Full House that aired from 1987 to 1995.
Doting dad Danny and uncles Joey and Jesse raised the three sisters together and the old clips bring you way back on an emotional ride.
Now all grown up, the trailer sees D.J., Stephanie, and Kimmy discussing their own weddings that they've been anticipating throughout the series.
"This wedding is one that I never thought would happen," Stephanie says. "I get to marry the love of my life alongside my sister and my best friend."
"A triple wedding!" they all exclaim.
Various clips of the brides and grooms-to-be show them preparing for the triple wedding in their typical goofy fashion.
There is a ton of hugging, even more tears, and lots of goofy dancing.
The trailer ends with the cast poking fun at the series ending.
"Why does it have to end?" Kimmy asks. "People like it so much."
"I'm not ready for it to be done, I want to binge more," Stephanie adds.
Kimmy's daughter Ramona walks into the scene asking the mothers what they're talking about, to which they all respond, "Ice cream!"
The trailer's background music features the show's theme song "Everywhere You Look", which is a remake of the original tune for Full House. The modern take is actually sung by Mission, BC's Carly Rae Jepsen.
You can look forward to seeing original cast members Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber, and Scott Weinger, with appearances from John Stamos, Bob Saget, and Dave Coulier.
Michael Campion, Elias Harger, and twins Dashiell and Fox Messitt play D.J.'s sons, while Soni Nicole Bringas and Juan Pablo Di Pace play Kimmy's daughter and husband. Adam Hagenbuch plays Kimmy's brother and Stephanie's fiancé.
The multi-generation family you know and adore come back with part two of season five on June 2 on Netflix.
