Canada’s well-known twins are coming home. Jonathan and Drew Scott are on the hunt to cast Calgarians that they think would be the perfect fit for the next season of their show. The Property Brothers’ Forever Home is looking to change the lives of 20 special Canadian families.
Forever Home is the brother’s newest series that premiered on HGTV in June of 2019. This home reno show has the Scott brothers renovating houses that families have already deemed their “dream home” and turning it into something even more special.
According to their website, “The Scott Brothers are looking for families in the Calgary area who dream of turning their house into their forever home.”
Eligible applicants must live in the Calgary area, have a renovation budget of $100k, and be available for taping as early as August 2020.
Shooting for the show will include a full 8 days of filming spread out between 6-8 weeks.
Calgarians have until the end of April to submit their online application.
This casting hits close to home for the Canadian brothers. Although they were born in BC, Calgary is where they attended university and kicked off their television career.
Forever Home marks the 5th show since their start with HGTV.
The series isn’t the only recent release by the brothers. They also launched Reveal Magazine in January 2020, that according to its website is meant to inspire homeowners, “we hope there’s some idea, phrase or design that catches your eye, sticks in your mind and reveals itself to you in a unique and inspiring way.”
