Get ready to dance and sing the night away. The Lumineers just announced additional tour dates and it looks like they are coming to B.C. and Alberta. The Lumineers tour dates have the band visiting the big cities in western Canada and we could not be more excited. This is going to be one heck of a show ad you don’t want to miss out. Back in August, The Lumineers announced that they would be doing a massive tour.
While at first, the band was not coming anywhere close to western Canada, The Lumineers have just come out to say that they will be adding more stops along their already lengthy journey.
Altogether, 18 additional tour dates have been announced and guess what, they are coming to even more parts of Canada.
According to the band's public Facebook page, they will be hitting up Calgary on September 2, 2020, at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
After that, they will be touring to Rogers Place in Edmonton on September 4, where they will then hit the farthest west coast region on their schedule in Vancouver on September 8 at the Rogers Arena.
According to the same Facebook post, pre-sale is beginning for fan club members on January 27 at 10 a.m. local time.
If you're not part of the fan club, no worries.
General ticket sales will begin on Friday, January 31 at 10 a.m local time.
All the tickets can be purchased directly through The Lumineers website.
According to their website, The World Tour will kick off in Asheville, North Carolina on January 31.
Altogether, the band will be touring 80 different places with the final show taking place on September 18 in Austin, Texas.
Along with these added locations, the band will also be hitting up several other Canadian spots including two back to back shows in Toronto as well as single shows in Montreal, Ottawa, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon.
Since the announcement was made on Facebook, the entire internet is freaking out and Canadians are incredibly thankful that the band has decided to expand their tour in Canada.
