Over the past few weeks, Entertainment Tonight has been speaking with some of the , and needless to say they’ve given us plenty to look forward to.
The contestants on the show come from all over the world, including Canada. 26-year-old Francesca Farago hails from British Columbia, and she revealed to ET that she “had no idea” what she was getting into when she applied for the show.
“It could have been a show like ‘Survivor’, it could have been a show like ‘The Bachelorette’, it could have been like ‘Love Is Blind’; I was just open to the idea of going on it. I knew I had to be single, that is the requirement, and like sunshine, so I was like, ‘OK, perfect! I am golden.'”
“Overall, the experience was so amazing and it was probably, like, the wildest month of my entire life.”
While on the show, contestants are constantly monitored by a digital host named Lana, who is all-seeing and all-knowing. In his interview with ET, 26-year-old Sharron Townsend spoke about what it was like to have eyes on you at all times.
“Lana has eyes. So, Lana can see into the shower. Lana can see everything,” the New Jersey native explained. “Lana actually sees and knows all.”
When asked who he thought which Too Hot to Handle cast member would receive the most love from audiences, Townsend gushed about Harry, a 23-year-old Australian.
“For the most part, I think everyone is going to be lovable, but I know people are going to love Harry. [He] had quite a sense of humour, totally a great kid and the ‘naughty little possum.'”
Townsend also revealed that Chloe Veitch, a 22-year-old from Essex, became “like a little sister” to him.
In her interview with ET, Veitch revealed that she felt a sense of relief when she heard about the “no hookup” rule.
“When I heard that we were not allowed to kiss, a part of me was glad because I don’t want my nan or my mom to see me do rumpy bumpy on the TV. It was very exciting, but it was a bit of a bummer at the same time.”
She also shared that she let her emotions run free during filming and that viewers can expect to see her shed a few tears.
