Emma Stone's New Netflix Film Is Giving Us Serious 'Game Of Thrones' Vibes

Khaleesi is that you?

If you've been having some serious Game of Thrones withdrawals and need an alternative, your answer is here: Emma Stone is playing a character who could totally pass as Daenerys Targaryen's sister.

Yup. God bless Netflix, because the streaming sight is combining fantasy, dark humour and Emma Stone with long blond hair in their upcoming series Maniac.

Created by Cary Fukunaga, the upcoming comedy stars Jonah Hill and Emma Stone. The show - based on an original Norwegian series - is set in a psychiatric hospital and focuses on the fantasy world Stone and Hill's characters create.

And in these newly-released first-look images, it seems like Emma will be channelling her best inner Khaleesi.

Unfortunately, there have been no photos of elf Jonah Hill on set yet, but it's exciting to know that the Superbad cast members are reuniting again. Plus, elf Emma is our new favourite Emma Stone.

The actress also seems to channel quite a bit of elf prince Legolas in her role. So much so, in fact, that the real Legolas has called her out on copying his trademark look.

Orlando Bloom shared a collage of images on Instagram of himself as Legolas from The Lord of the Rings trilogy, comparing them to recent photos of the Oscar winner in her new role. And we have to say, the similarities are pretty uncanny.

But the woodland elf/ Queen of dragons look isn't the only style in Emma Stone's book. There have also been some pretty incredible photos of Stone and Jonah Hill on set that don't include any costumes from Orlando Bloom or Emilia Clarke's closet.

Like this '80's getup:

Let's be honest, we'd see any movie Emma Stone stars in, but one where she looks like a badass elf princess about to head into battle? That's definitely something we want to see.

A release date has yet to be announced.
