Let's be real here. We can watch all of the new Christmas movies on Netflix, rewatch all the ones we loved as a kid, but Christmas can come at any time of year when you rewatch Friends and The Office as much as I do. Watching them on repeat, you don't really notice there are dedicated Christmas episodes, but there are and they are gold.

If you're a true fan of these shows, then you'll remember the Holiday Armadillo from Friends as well as when Dwight came to work and his desk was covered in wrapping paper. Just another flawless prank from Jim. But maybe this holiday season, all you want to do is watch the holiday episodes of Friends and The Office. You shouldn't have to search for those yourself. I'll do the work for you!

Friends:

Via IMDb

  • Season 2, Episode 9 - The One with Phoebe's Dad
  • Season 3, Episode 10 - The One Where Rachel Quits
  • Season 4, Episode 10 - The One with the Girl From Poughkeepsie
  • Season 5, Episode 10 - The One with the Inappropriate Sister
  • Season 6, Episode 10 - The One with the Routine
  • Season 7, Episode 10 - The One with the Holiday Armadillo
  • Season 8, Episode 11 - The One with the Creepy Holiday Card
  • Season 9, Episode 10 - The One with Christmas in Tulsa

And there you have it! My personal favourites are The One with the Inappropriate Sister and The One with the Holiday Armadillo. Seeing Ross in an armadillo costume because he couldn't get a Santa Claus costume before Christmas is just... brilliant.

The Office:

Via IMDb

  • Season 2, Episode 10 - Christmas Party
  • Season 3, Episode 10/11 - A Benihana Christmas
  • Season 5, Episode 11 - Moroccan Christmas
  • Season 6, Episode 13 - Secret Santa
  • Season 7, Episode 11/12 - Classy Christmas
  • Season 8, Episode 10 - Christmas Wishes
  • Season 9, Episode 9 - Dwight Christmas

All of The Office Christmas episodes are flawless if we're being honest here. But I personally love A Benihana Christmas as well as Secret Santa. Any episode where Michael makes you feel so uncomfortable that you question even watching (so basically every episode of the show), and mix that together with Christmas, is truly a work of art. If you've never watched The Office, I highly recommend starting. I hadn't seen it until this summer and I hate myself for it. Happy Holidays!
