Unless you were completely off the grid this weekend, you're probably already aware that Beyonce and Jay-Z dropped a surprise joint album on Saturday called Everything Is Love. They've even released a music video for one track on the album called "APESH*T," which already has 11 million views.
Bey and Jay released their new album exclusively on TIDAL, Jay-Z's streaming platform. Nobody's surprised, considering their previous solo albums, Beyonce's Lemonade and Jay-Z's 4:44, are only available to TIDAL subscribers. Beyonce doesn't have any of her recent music available for streaming on Spotify.
You can find the entire album under their stage name, "The Carters" with the exception of one song called "SALUD!" which will remain an exclusive track on TIDAL.
Everything Is Love features collaborations with major artists including Pharrell, Offset, Quavo and Ty Dolla Sign. The Carters' eldest daughter Blu Ivy also makes a quick cameo on the song "BOSS."
Bey and Jay, being the lyrical geniuses that they are, drop some seriously powerful lines on Everything Is Love. Each song delves into a major issue in the world or in their personal lives, from police brutality to Jay-Z's infidelity.
The Carters are currently on the European leg of their OTR II Tour. Their North American half of the tour kicks off on July 25th in Cleveland. They're only making one stop in Canada as of right now, at Vancouver's B.C. Place on October 2nd.
