Warner Bros. has just released the first official cast photo of 'Fantastic Beasts', the film’s official title, its release date, and some fresh story details, but fans are too busy looking at one new cast member to care.

Back in April, the makers of 'Fantastic Beasts' announced that Jude Law would be playing young Dumbledore in the upcoming sequel. Now, we finally have our first look at the actor in all his wizarding glory, and fans are impressed.

Here's the first cast photo for our full obsessing:

Yup, that's Law as a suave, roguishly handsome young Dumbledore on the far left. His friend-turned-enemy, Grindlewald, can be seen holding the elder wand - which every 'Harry Potter' fan should recognise - on the far right.

And the next film, officially now titled 'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald', is shaping up to shed more light on the relationship between the two. In their youth, the pair were neighbours and best friends, and years after the Harry Potter books were released, J.K. Rowling revealed that Dumbledore was actually in love with Grindlewald, before their paths took different turns.

The next Fantastic Beasts will presumably pick up where the last left off and will introduce fans to the youngest on-screen version of Dumbledore yet.

Here's another version of the photo, Daily Prophet style (just in case you haven't had enough):

The photo shows fans that we can expect Zoe Kravitz as Leta Lestrange, who is engaged to Newt Scamander’s brother; Callum Turner as Newt Scamander’s older brother Theseus Scamander; and Claudia Kim as Maledictus, who carries a blood curse that destines her ultimately to transform into a beast.

The photo also features returning cast members like Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein, Alison Sudol as Queenie Goldstein, Dan Fogler as ‘no-maj’ Jacob Kowalski, Ezra Miller as Credence (apparently he's not dead), Johnny Depp as the powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindelward, and - best of all - Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander.

There's only one year and one day left to go before the next movie opens, so stock up on butterbeer, get your wizarding friends together and have your wands at the ready. 'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald' is shaping up to be absolutely incredible.
