I firmly believe that a good comedy has a lot to do with the acting. No matter how funny the script is, or how elaborate the planning is, if the acting is off, the whole movie is ruined. There are a few actors who never fail to miss the mark on a comedy, so when you hear that they've got a new movie coming out, you know it's time to get excited! If you're in need of some comic relief, we've got just the thing. Jennifer Aniston & Adam Sandler's Murder Mystery is coming to Netflix this summer.

On Friday morning, Sandler made an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he debuted the first trailer for the movie. The film is not only hilarious, but it also has some thrilling action scenes mixed in for your viewing pleasure.

The movie is about Nick (played by Sandler), a detective living in New York City with his wife, Audrey (played by Aniston). After 15 years of marriage, the two have finally found time to head out on their long-awaited honeymoon to Europe. You can definitely sense some tension in the marriage, and on the flight, Audrey even befriends a new man named Luke Evans.

Luke invites the couple on a week-long yacht trip, to which they happily oblige. After only a few days though, things get flipped upside down and a murder mystery has to be solved.

Murder Mystery was shot on location in Italy, where Sandler and Aniston hung out among friends like George and Amal Clooney. Sandler and Aniston have a great relationship on and off camera, and even Sandler's wife loves her. He opened up about their time in Italy on Ellen.

"I tend to stay at home and do nothing, and my wife is so much going, ‘Why didn’t I marry Aniston? Why am I stuck with you, man?’ Even in Italy, she’s like, ‘You gotta leave the room, man.’”

If you missed Sandler on Ellen this morning, don't worry! Netflix also released the trailer today, which you can watch below. Murder Mystery will be available for streaming on Netflix on June 14th.
