Season 2 of Netflix’s hit show Stranger Things came out less than a year ago but it already feels like it’s been forever and fans are already clamouring for any scrap of news about season 3.

It was announced a while ago that the next season will be set in 1985 and last week that production had begun on the next season. Today Netflix dropped a video teasing that work.

The black and white video shows the members of the cast including Finn Wolfhard, David Harbour and of course Millie Bobby Brown all sitting down to what appears to be a reading session for the script of one of the episodes.

Fortunately (or maybe unfortunately depending on your view) there’s no sound of them actually reading the script so there’s no spoilers by watching the video.

The only words spoken directly to the camera come from Priah Ferguson, who played Lucas’ younger sister in season 2, with her yelling at the camera to “get out of here nerds!”

According to the words that accompany the video the apparent reading session took place on April 20th of this year, so not very long ago at all!

The video also teases some new cast members the words in the video call “a few strangers.” They include Jake Busey, Cary Elwes, and Maya Hawke.

The video ends with the cast members flipped upside down as an obvious reference to the name used for the alternate dimension in the show.

And of course it has the instantly recognizable Stranger Things music.

You can check out the video below.
