If you've already seen the movie and enjoyed it, we've got good news - the director of Hereditary has a new horror movie coming out and it looks chilling.
The film is called Midsommar, and it was written and directed by Ari Aster. It takes place in Sweden and follows a young couple who are on vacation to visit their friend's rural hometown during its mid-summer festival. What should be a romantic and fun event quickly takes a dark turn though, as the couple realizes that they're really in the hands of a pagan cult.
The movie will star Jack Reynor, Florence Pugh, Will Poulter, and William Jackson Harper, among others. The teaser trailer was just released today, and the film is set to release in theatres on August 9th, 2019. You can check out the trailer below, but be warned, it's pretty creepy:
