I remember when Instagram first came out with its "Stories" feature, so many people were unimpressed. We all thought they were trying to rip off Snapchat, and the feature would be a total joke. I don't know about you, but I now post to my Instagram story FAR more than I ever use Snapchat. To make things even better, Netflix has a new feature that will allow you to share what you're watching to your Instagram story!

In order to share your Netflix favourites to your story, you just have to follow these simple steps:

  • Navigate to any title on the iPhone Netflix app and tap 'share'
  • Select 'Instagram Stories' from the app list, which will take your directly to the Instagram app where you can customize your post with text, stickers, etc.
  • Post directly to your story, or send to your friends via Instagram DM
  • Friends and followers will be able to click the story, and be taken directly to the title in the Netflix app

The feature will be available as of today, January 22nd. If you're unable to access it, be sure to check that both your Instagram and Netflix apps have been made up-to-date with the latest versions!
