If you've ever been in love, then you know first hand that it can easily be one of the best feelings in the world. No matter how old you get, it's always nice to have that giddy feeling - the one where your stomach is full of butterflies, and where you smile whenever you get a text. Imagine though, being in love when disaster strikes. Netflix's newest movie is a love story in the middle of a war, and it looks intense.

The film is called Paris is Usand as you can probably guess, it takes place in Paris. It tells the story of two young lovers, who are absolutely intoxicated with one another. They spend every waking moment together, out dancing, at the beach, and exploring their beautiful city. Everything seems perfect - or does it?

While all of this is going on, the city of Paris is also under attack due to rising social tensions, protests, and tragedies. Although we're not exactly sure why these attacks are happening, one thing's for sure, they look terrifying.

If the intense plot isn't enough to intrigue you, we should also mention that the film falls into the 'Art House' genre, meaning that its cinematography is absolutely captivating, on top of all the other great aspects of the film.

Paris is Us is a French film, but it offers subtitles so viewers of other languages can keep up. You'll be able to stream the move on Netflix as of February 22nd, but in the meantime, you can watch the trailer here:
