The "Fiji Water Girl" was the real winner of the 2019 Golden Globes this year. Kelleth Cuthbert stole everyone's hearts and went viral on social media when she was seen photobombing several celebrity photos at the 2019 Golden Globes. This may not be the first time you've seen Cuthbert on social media. You might have actually seen Kelleth Cuthbert, the viral Fiji Water Girl before in a Canadian band's music video.
Before being a viral meme on the red carpet, Kelleth Cuthbert starred in the Arkell's music video for "11:11" back in 2015. The Fiji Water Girl is actually from our native homeland of Canada, hailing from Toronto, Ontario, so it makes sense that she starred in a fellow Canadian band's music video.
After her stint as the Fiji Water Girl went viral, Canadian band Arkells took the time to gift us with a reminder that she was once the shining star of their music video. Check out the full video below that was uploaded onto Youtube and see what Cuthbert looked like before she was known as the Fiji Water Girl.
In the video, Cuthbert works at a record store and is seen energetically dancing around the shop as she sets it up for the day. When the store opens, she ends up locking eyes with a customer and the music video cuts between what's actually happening in the store and what's being imagined.
In the video, the two end up kissing in the video in the imaginary sequence before it cuts back to the real-life store situation, where Cuthbert and the customer share some flirty looks.
The Arkells posted a short clip from "11:11" onto their Instagram page with the caption, "Fiji water girl strikes again!". The post has already gotten almost 30,000 views, receiving noticeably higher social media engagement than their usual posts.
