Toronto is about to be filled with celebrities, and no we're not talking about TIFF! Fan Expo Canada is bringing the heat this year with several A-listers expected to appear at this year's event. The expo runs from August 22-25 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. It usually features a mix of cult figures and big names, but this year's lineup really stepped up its game when it comes to star power.

John Travolta, Jason Momoa, Rainn Wilson, and Jeff Goldblum are just a few of the big names expected to grace this year's convention. The announcement of Travolta's appearance is probably the biggest curveball of the bunch, especially when you consider the fact he's been a major Hollywood star for over four decades.

He's also bound to get asked about early 2000's sci-fi flop "Battlefield Earth", which has achieved a cult-like status in the years since its release.

According to Toronto Now, Travolta will be appearing at the convention as part of the promotional tour for the Fred Durst-directed thriller "The Fanatic", which is set to make its theatrical debut on August 30. The "Saturday Night Fever" actor will be screening the film at Fan Expo.

He will also be signing a limited number of autographs at $130 each and taking pictures for a price that has to be announced. However, it will almost certainly be more expensive than the price of the autographs.

It was initially announced that David Harbour, who plays Hopper on "Stranger Things" and Patrick Warburton from "The Tick" would be heading to the 6ix for a little service. Unfortunately, they both had to cancel - what a total bummer.
