Traveling for cheap has always been the goal, but sometimes even traveling within the state can get expensive, especially with how big Texas is. According to FlixBus, they will be selling 99 cent trips throughout Texas for an entire month.
Only 10 thousand tickets will be sold at that super cheap price, starting on October 14. Eligible trips will be from October 21 through November 21. All this is to celebrate the 100 thousand passengers they've had since opening in Texas this past March.
While they are celebrating their big Texas win, they are also honoring their German heritage. FlixBus is having a debuting a new route to Texas Wurstfest. The new routes will leave from Austin and San Antonio and arrive at New Braunfels. The bus tickets for Wurstfest are also eligible for the 99 cent deal while supplies last. After the promotion is over, tickets will still be only around $5.
Texas also has German heritage, and this shared culture provides the perfect opportunity for more deals.
“To honor this shared heritage, we have added a special stop in New Braunfels for passengers who wish to easily and safely travel to the German Wurstfest festival,” said Pierre Gourdain, Managing Director of FlixBus USA in a press release.
