Winter may not be here in Canada, but it definitely is over in George R.R. Martin's world. The critically acclaimed and much loved Game of Thrones series is currently airing their second-to-last season, which has so far been nothing but exciting for fans everywhere.

This season on Game of Thrones, fans get to see the bold and honourable Jon Snow get ready to save Westeros as he prepares for battle against the Night King and his army. Dubbed 'The King Of The North" by his people, Jon has become the hero fans have waited for throughout the show's duration.

One GOT fan got especially excited by Jon's rise to power and decided to rename the James Snow Parkway to, you guessed it, Jon Snow Parkway. While James Snow, an old Ontario politician, was surely deserving of the highway-honour, we can't help but love this James-Jon swap.

Don't be confused on the eastbound 401 this morning, someone changed the James Snow Parkway sign to say "Jon Snow Parkway" #WinterIsHere pic.twitter.com/BxNhA3NDsC

While its unclear who was behind the stunt, it's glaringly clear that winter is definitely here in Toronto. At least for the day.
