Fans have ripped apart the friendship between 14-year-old Millie Bobbie Brown and Drake, who is 17 years her senior. The Stranger Things actress said in an interview that she and the 31-year-old rapper were very close, and he even texted her dating advice. She has called Drake "a great friend" and admitted that she missed him.
Well it appears that not only are fans not here for this friendship, but neither is Millie's ex-boyfriend. 16-year-old singer Jacob Sartorius just released a new song, and it is supposedly a diss track targeted at his ex-girlfriend Millie Bobbie Brown and Drake.
Sartorius just dropped a song called "We’re Not Friends" and sources have recently confirmed that the song is shading the actress and rapper's friendship, according to Us Weekly. You can check out the full song on Youtube.
Here are the lines that are believed to be about the actress and rapper's friendship: We’re not friends/ Do you think I really wanna hear about him/ I do it for a reason, not just to be nice/ Girl I wanna give you more than good advice.
The track certainly seems to specifically reference Brown's previous disclosure that she and Drake often text and that he gives her boy advice.
The shade doesn't stop there. Sources told Us Weekly that not just one, but seven of the songs on Sartorius's new album are about the Stranger Things actress. Oh, young love – or in this case, heartbreak?
Brown and Sartorius started dating in January 2018. They were together for seven months before breaking it off. On their breakup, they released a public statement saying, "we are both happy and remaining friends".
