Beyonce Reunited With Destiny's Child At Coachella And Fans Are Freaking TF Out
The star-studded performance was unreal.
Queen Bey did it again. She completely outdid herself at Coachella last night. Last year, she canceled her set as a headliner at Coachella 2017 due to her pregnancy. Fans were shocked that Beyonce would do that to the Bey Hive, but she definitely made up for it last night.
This performance has been highly anticipated for more than a year now, and it was well worth the wait.
First of all, she made Coachella history. Beyonce thanked Coachella organizers for allowing her to be the first woman of colour to headline the festival.
Beyonce sang for basically two hours straight! During that time she whipped out surprise after surprise. There was a tribute to Nina Simone, quotes from Malcolm X, she brought her husband Jay-Z out to sing Deja Vu. She even danced with her sister Solange.
The best surprise by far was definitely the Destiny's Child reunion. Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams stole the show when they joined Beyonce for their three greatest hits, "Say My Name", "Soldier" and "Lose My Breath".
The performance was completely epic. Fans are now nicknaming the event, Beychella, because after last night fans agree the festival was all about Beyonce and her incredible show.
Here are some of the best tweets from last night.
