Brody Jenner is the older half-brother of Kendall and Kylie Jenner, but more importantly, he's the son of Caitlyn Jenner.
For a year now, Brody has been preparing to marry his long-time girlfriend, Kaitlynn Carter on Sumba Island in Indonesia. They've been planning this big wedding bash for some time, which means they definitely set out the RSVPs a while ago.
Last week, we reported Brody's disappointment after he realized that Kendall, Kylie and now his own father, Caitlyn would not be attending his big day. He revealed that Kendall and Kylie never responded to their wedding invitations.
Also, we found out that Caitlyn had a "conflicting schedule" and that's why she couldn't attend Brody's wedding. Last week, Caitlyn finally revealed that she would be attending an extravagant European ball instead of going to Brody's wedding in Indonesia.
In a new interview, Brody has publicly stated how he feels about his family missing out on his wedding. Brody told People, "It was a big disappointment, especially considering that she had known about the wedding for a year."
According to People, Caitlyn was actually set to attend the wedding even up to a few weeks ago, but bailed at the last minute because of "work commitments". Brody continued, "I wasn't surprised." Brody said, "I'm pretty used to her doing that sort of thing."
If you've seen KUTWK, you'll know that Caitlyn has admitted to having a strained relationship with Brody and his siblings. On the show, Caitlyn has admitted that when she married into the Kardashian family, the Jenners became a second priority.
He went on to discuss Kendall and Kylie not attending his wedding, "We sent them an invite but we never heard back, I would have loved to have had them there."
He ended the interview by saying that it "feels awesome" to finally be married. Brody and Kaitlynn have been together for five years and he proposed in 2016. He ended the statement with, "I'm the luckiest man on earth to have Kaitlynn by my side."
