Jared Padalecki is ending off his time on Supernatural with a bang... literally. With Supernatural coming to an end, you would think that all the cast and crew wanted was a quiet and nostalgic last few months of filming, but that wasn't in the cards for Padelecki. Although his recent actions won't affect the show's production, it sure had fans shook up about a possible season delay. Jared Padalecki Supernatural Vancouver filming is still scheduled to continue despite the actor's recent arrest.

Supernatural fans were shocked this past weekend when it was announced that Padalecki had been arrested and charged with assault at a bar in Austin. The arrest came after an argument between Padalecki and another customer. While fans did wonder about the actors well being, especially after the mugshot was released, they were also concerned about how this could affect Supernatural's ongoing final season, season 15.

Deadline released a statement assuring fans of the show that the fantasy drama would continue on its regular schedule. They confirmed that production “is not currently affected by his arrest."

The official charges laid on Padalecki were two counts of misdemeanour assault with a bond set at $5,000. According to CTV News as of Tuesday, he was no longer in custody.

Despite the outcome being the best it could be, fans were still in shock after watching the incident unfold. Bystanders who caught his altercation on camera shared it with the Twitterverse and fans couldn't help but be worried by the actor's actions.

Fans responded under the video with, "oh no's" and used this as an example as to why people shouldn't drink.

Although disturbing, Supernatural fans can breathe a sigh of relief, Sam Winchester will be back for one last hurrah. Padalecki, who's been working on Supernatural since 2005, has yet to comment on the matter and has urged no representatives to make a statement either.

Maybe he's focusing on bringing fans the best Sam Winchester he can and is just hoping the whole predicament will blow over.

Supernatural is expected to continue filming in Vancouver well into 2020.
