The start of hockey in Canada usually marks the season of hibernation for most Canadians. We barely leave our house, sleep in longer, and mentally prepare ourselves for the impending winter. That also means more time for cuddles and more time for hockey, both traditions it looks like Justin Bieber wants to bring to his marriage. Justin and Hailey Bieber may have just had the most Canadian weekend ever in LA.
After their Southern Carolina wedding last week, the two are jumping straight into married life. The happy couple is back in LA now, but Justin seemed to be channeling some Canadian roots for their first weekend back at home. Not only did they spend the past two days cuddling, but Justin and Hailey also watched the Toronto Maple Leafs game.
They spent their Saturday on the couch, feet up, cheering on the Maple Leafs in their first week of the regular season. Bieber also couldn't help showing off all of his Don Cherry Rock'em Sock'em DVD's and teasing his wife about how she should have let him wear Don Cherry's latest suit to their wedding.
After the game, he even snuck some Cotton Candy into the bedroom jokingly teasing that Hailey was going to kill him.
Their Sunday continued much the same with some TLC and fun with each other. Justin recorded their car ride where he was showing off his merch and hilariously singing Calvin Harris' "This Is What You Came For" and recording his wife while she fought for her Matcha order.
Over on Hailey's Instagram, she documented their Sunday cuddles and even got Justin to admit that "Sundays are for the wife."
If people ever denied that these two were made for each other, they're probably second-guessing their judgment right now. If this weekend's stories from the happy couple showed us anything, it's that they're madly in love and Justin is still, and will probably always be, super Canadian.
