How does the Biebs prepare for 45 upcoming shows? The Canadian way, of course. Justin Bieber’s Changes tour is just around the corner and the Stratford native took to Twitter to show fans how he’s getting hyped. It involves good, old-fashioned hockey — and lots of it.

The star tweeted on February 26, “FOLLOW ALONG AS WE PREPARE FOR TOUR LIFE!!” Attached was a minute-long video inviting his fans to watch a sneak peek of his process.

While the video featured expected preparation, like practicing choreography and singing, it also showcased some intense hockey training.

This comes as no surprise to his fans, who know how much the superstar loves the sport. Bieber is also a die-hard Maple Leafs fan, and he even hit the ice with the team recently. Which made Drake a bit jealous.

However, this video might have just brought his love for the sport to a whole other level. “Sometimes all you gotta do is show up,” he says in the video, in between stick handling and wrist shots.

This isn't the first behind the scenes look at Bieber's life that he's shared with the public. The star delved into his personal battles in his YouTube docu-series, Seasons.

The 10-episode adventure showcased the making of his most recent album. Bieber talks openly about his struggle with drugs, alcohol, and Lyme disease over the years.

JB's Changes tour is set to kick off May 14 in Seattle, Washington and will be stopping in four Canadian cities, Ottawa, Quebec City, Toronto, and Montreal.

Plenty of tickets to his Canadian shows are still available on Ticketmaster, with prices ranging from $120 to $927 per person.
