“Bachelorette” Star Kaitlyn Bristowe Schooled Her Non-Canadian Boyfriend On Caesars Vs. Bloody Marys
He called them "Bloody Caesars" 😂.
Every new country you go to has its own selection of locally crafted food and drinks that you have to try while you're there. When you're Russia, you obviously want to try the vodka, and when you're in Italy, you need to treat yourself to an Aperol Spritz! What about when you're in Canada, though? Kaitlyn Bristowe from The Bachelorette gave her boyfriend a lesson on Canadian drinks.
You may remember Kaitlyn Bristowe from season 19 of The Bachelor, where she competed for a shot at Chris Soules' heart. Although she ended up coming in third place, Bachelor Nation gave her another shot at love when she was cast in season eleven of The Bachelorette.
Although she's no longer with Shawn Booth, who proposed to her at the end of her season, Bristowe has found love with another member of The Bachelorette family. She's currently dating Jason Tartick, who competed on Becca Kufrin's season.
The couple has been together publically since January 2019, and from their social media posts, it looks like they have a ton of fun. It looks like Tartick and Bristowe may have even made a trip to her home country of Canada because Tartick can't stop raving about our Caesars.
When her boyfriend made the mistake of calling them "Bloody Caesars", Bristowe lovingly pointed out that they're "just called caesars", although plenty of her Twitter followers found the mistake totally endearing.
Whatever he wants to call them, Tartick makes some seriously valid points — Caesars are absolutely delicious, and the rest of the world is missing out by not having them on their menus! I mean seriously, what else would you even want to drink on a patio in the middle of summer?! One thing's for sure though, nobody will ever do them quite like Canada does.
