The world lost an iconic NBA star over the weekend and tributes have been continuously pouring out. The basketball player died in a helicopter crash on Sunday along with eight others including his 13-year-old daughter Gianna. She was one of four daughters he shared with his wife Vanessa Bryant. Kobe Bryant was a "girl dad" and these seven Canadian celebrities are too. 

Ryan Reynolds

The 43-year-old actor from Vancouver has three daughters. According to PEOPLE, he and Blake Lively share James, 5, Inez, 3, and their youngest daughter whose name hasn't been shared yet was born last summer. 

Ryan Gosling

The Notebook star shares two daughters with his longtime partner Eva Mendes. According to Biography, their first daughter Esmeralda Amada was born in September 2014 and their youngest Amada Lee arrived in April 2016. 

Dwayne Johnson

The Rock is another father of three daughters, two of whom he shares with his new wife Lauren Hashian. Biography wrote that she gave birth to Jasmine Lia in December 2015 and Tiana Gia in April 2018. He and his first wife Dany Garcia share a daughter named Simone Alexandra. 

Dan Aykroyd

The 67-year-old Ghostbusters star has been married to American actress Donna Dixon since 1983. According to IMDb, they share three daughters named Danielle Alexandra, 30, Belle Kingston, 26, and Stella Irene, 21.

Michael J. Fox

The Back to the Future star has four children with fellow actress Tracy Pollan. The couple shares twin girls Aquinnah and Schuyler, daughter Esmé Annabelle and son Sam.

William Shatner 

Montreal-born Shatner has been married four times and has just settled his divorce with Elizabeth Shatner. According to IMDb, he and his first wife Gloria Rand shared daughters named Leslie Carol Shatner, 61, Lisabeth Shatner, 59, and Melanie Shatner, 55.

Bryan Adams 

The superstar from Kingston, Ontario has two young daughters with Alicia Grimaldi. IMDb wrote that his oldest, Mirabella Bunny Adams, was born in April 2011, and his youngest, Lula Rosylea Adams, arrived in February 2013.
