Last week, Canada’s very own Mykenna Dorn from The Bachelor season 24, the only Canadian contestant on the show, was sent home. However, it seems that she left a lasting impression on viewers. Dorn's silly faces and gestures during her time on the show became so meme-worthy that Ellen DeGeneres featured them on her show this past Thursday, February 13.

While participating in some pre-Valentine’s day activities with her DJ Twitch and his family, Ellen turned the topic to the reality series The Bachelor.

She started off by saying, “There’s a lot of kissing on The Bachelor.”  She continued to talk about something interesting one contestant had also been doing with their mouth that wasn't exactly kissing.

“I was very distracted by one of the women on the show” she said, advising audience members to “just watch her mouth” while a dramatic scene from the series was shown.

The clip featured Dorn and her many facial expressions that involve her tongue.

When the video reel was finished, DeGeneres chuckled about it with her studio audience. “It’s like she’s trying to get broccoli out of her teeth but there’s no broccoli,” she said.

Dorn, who clearly has a good sense of humour about it, took it in stride.

She even shared a clip on her Instagram account jokingly commenting on how she never imagined herself on the talk-show in this capacity, “Not what I had imagined myself being featured on @theellenshow for but I’ll take it!! I mean I made THE ELLEN DEGENERES LAUGH!!! 🙌🏻👏🏻💃🏼Is this real life?!? 😭”

Memes of Dorn’s expressions have been circling the web for some time with TVInsider even deeming her an “internet sensation.”

While the Canadian contestant didn’t make it to the end of season 24, it's always a possibility that Dorn and her hilarious gestures will return on the next season of Bachelor in Paradise.
