A slew of men in Hollywood were accused of sexual harassment and abuse last year. The star of "Gossip Girl", Ed Westwick was one among many that was accused of sexual assault by three women. Actresses Kristina Cohen, Aurelie Wynn and his former executive assistant, Rachel Eck all accused Westwick of assault.
However Westwick is in the news again but now it's because he has been accused of sexual assault by his former stylist, Hayley Camille Freedman. Just as a warning, parts of her claims are very disturbing and may trigger readers, please continue reading at your own discretion.
Freedman has just come forward with allegation that accusing Westwick of holding her hostage as a "sex slave" for 48 hours. Freedman is not suing Westwick directly, but their business partners that she claims prevented her from going forward with her story and have been slandering her in Hollywood.
Freedman says that in 2014, she went to Westwick's home with a group of people. She stayed until after all of the other guests had left. She says she and Westwick began to have sex but things quickly went south. Freedman claims that Westwick asked her to strangle him, slap him and spit on him. When she refused to do such things, he did them to her.
She claims that she fell asleep after the encounter and stayed the night. In the morning she went to take a shower and Westwick entered the shower and started having sex with her again, against her will. She claims that she was "out of it" and ended up staying for two days. She was stranded at his home in L.A., didn't know where she was and she didn't have cell service.
Freedman claims that Westwick promised to drive her to her car, but kept delaying it so he could continue assaulting her. Freedman claims that over the two-day encounter, she suffered from bruising, bleeding and internal tears.
She claims that after she came forward to a media outlet about her allegations, Westwick's team killed the story. The media outlet received messages saying that she is "unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous." She also says that Westwick has threatened to sue her because he claims that he had relatives in town during the time of the alleged encounter, which proves she's lying.
