It seems like things aren't slowing down for Canadian musician and known bad boy, Justin Bieber. After being named a suspect in a police investigation, it has been confirmed that Bieber is being sued by Tobias Cannon, a man he encountered outside a downtown Cleveland hotel.
In June of 2016, Beiber got into a downright brawl with Cannon after Game 3 of the NBA finals in Cleveland, Ohio. The fight occurred in the lobby of Bieber's hotel and though Cannon is significantly larger than the Biebs, he suffered a concussion.

At first, TMZ reported that Cannon wanted a settlement with Beiber, but the pop-star was unwilling to comply. It seems now that Cannon took his injuries very seriously, now suing two years after the original altercation.
Cannon originally told enforcement that Beiber took his sunglasses and when he took a picture of the singer wearing them, it sent him into a rage. He claimed to have suffered various injuries, including the previously mentioned concussion. Cannon says that ultimately what gave him the concussion was Beiber's crew ganging up on him in the fight.
Though Beiber has been known for being rowdy in the past, his manager Scooter Braun has already gone to Twitter to defend him. The recent claim is that Justin was using slandering language in the fight, dropping the n-word, which Braun says is not true at all.
Justin Bieber has done a lot of stupid things in his past but what he has also done is apologize and own those mistakes. This most recent claim against him is completely false and a fabrication from a man who tried to push for money for the last several years— Scooter Braun (@scooterbraun) June 8, 2018
It is disgusting to me to see this man lie and try to bring race into a situation to scare us into a payment again. He never said these things before because they never happened. This is a smear tactic to get money and it’s gross— Scooter Braun (@scooterbraun) June 8, 2018
So I repeat... these statements again justin are completely false and we won’t be scared or blackmailed. This man should be ashamed of himself. Real racism exists.. but it doesn’t apply here. Just horrible.— Scooter Braun (@scooterbraun) June 8, 2018
As a big star, it's easy to become a target for money purposes. For now, we're just going to see how Beiber handles this and watch it unfold.
