It's the end of an era. The two-year feud between Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift is over. TBH, we're kinda sad about it. No more shade. No more receipts. This little world where celebrities hug and sing "Kumbaya" doesn't seem very fun. It would be one thing if our fave foes had decided to make up on their own, but apparently, Hollywood executives are forcing Kim to make nice with Taylor.
In November, Taylor signed with a new music label, Universal Music Group. And, because the world is small and Hollywood even smaller, Universal also owns the E! Network. E! is the home of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. And, since they're both on the same team now, the people up top have ordered an end to the infamous beef.
Kim announced the feud was finished last week on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live. Even though she said she "over it" and feels like all parties have moved on, we didn't really believe her. Two years of intense drama, and all of a sudden it's just water under the bridge?? We weren't buying it.
But, this new information that the order came down from Universal puts the puzzle pieces into place. However, whatever Hollywood executive made this demand CLEARLY doesn't know anything about entertainment. Rainbows and butterflies don't sell. Give us music videos like "Famous" and songs like "Look What You Made Me Do." Give us drama!
