Scott Disick posted a photo with daughter Penelope yesterday, and he's getting called out for racism. Scott Disick posts a ton of photos with his kids, Penelope, Mason and Reign. He's seen jetting off with them whether it's with his girlfriend Sofia Richie or ex Kourtney Kardashian... or weirdly, both. While they can always be seen posting photos with this kids, this one fans did not like.
Scott, who has 21 million followers on Instagram, posted a photo with his daughter at a Japanese restaurant. He can be seen holding chopsticks, and his daughter Penelope can be seen pulling at her eyes, which is known to be racist.
While some fans were calling her out and saying she must have seen people do it and thought it was okay, others are saying she's just a kid and making a funny face. Here is the photo is you want to see for yourself:
Some of the comments go anywhere from, "Tell her to stop being racist", to "So it's okay to post racist photos because your kid is doing it...". Even though a ton of people are calling him as well as 6-year-old Penelope racist, let's be real here. She's just a kid, and is probably just making a funny face.
Other commenters are actually defending her saying that the racist act of "pulling at her eyes" would be her slanting them downwards, not upwards. It seems like Penelope was just trying to make a funny face for the camera. We're not sure who was behind the camera, but it may have been Kourtney, Sofia, or even one of the waiters.
The photo, which is captioned, "Best first date of 2019! ❤️🙏" really does seem harmless.
