Pregnant rapper Yung Miami was recently shot at while she was in her G-Wagon, according to the Miami Herald. The rapper, whose real name is Caresha Brownlee, is part of a hip hop duo called City Girls. Brownlee was leaving Circle House Studios in Miami when the incident occurred.
The drive-by shooting happened late Monday evening. Officers found Brownlee's car with gunfire damage the next morning. according to the Miami Herald. HipHopWired reports that Brownlee was shot at 14 times.
The incident occurred less than a week after rapper Kodak Black threatened Brownlee in a rap verse. According to the Miami Herald, the rap lyrics were as follows: "I bought Yung Miami a ring, she bought an 808 baby. When I see her I'ma hit that b*tch in her stomach."

While the perpetrator of the shooting is still unknown, the internet considers Kodak Black to be a prime suspect due to these threats. Kodak Black, whose real name is Bill K. Kapri, recorded the rap while in jail, according to the Miami Herald.
In the lyrics, Kapri threatens to punch Brownlee, who is pregnant with her second child, in the stomach, according to BET. Brownlee's unborn child's father is rapper 808 Mafia Southside, who is referenced in the lyrics. Kapri recorded this rap after proposing to Brownlee with a ring pop.
The Miami Herald reports that Kapri has been in jail in Miami since May for fraudulent information on gun purchasing forms. If Kapri was in fact behind the drive-by shooting involving Brownlee, he would have had someone on the outside carry it out for him while he sits behind bars.
