Ariana Grande's music video for her new song 7 Rings is sensory overload in the best way possible. The pop singer says she gets what she wants, and based on her latest song, we totally believe it. Catchy AF, 7 Rings has been stuck in my head since it dropped Thursday night. And, the lyrics got me thinking: How much does it cost to be Ariana Grande?
So, in the name of science (or something like that), I researched the prices of all the luxurious items Ariana mentions in her new song. And, just to make myself feel extra broke, I punched every fabulous figure into a calculator. The grand total blew my mind.
All prices listed are in USD.
Yeah, breakfast at Tiffany's and bottles of bubbles
Ariana starts the song talking about poppin' "bottles of bubbles" with her friends. On average, a bottle of bubbly costs $44. If the way I brunch with my friends is any indication, Ariana and her squad had more than a few.
Tattoos: $100 (to start)
Girls with tattoos who like getting in trouble
There's no question Ariana digs tattoos. She has around 30 of them! Her latest piece of ink by Insta famous Kane Navasard required a $100 deposit just to book the appointment.
Fake Eyelashes: $320
Lashes and diamonds, ATM machines
We're not sure where Ariana gets her lashes done, but West Hollywood's popular BlinkBar offers 100 percent Siberian Mink lashes. Advertised as being "for babes who only fly first class," we can totes see Ariana springing for this glam look.
Diamond Necklace: $169,000
My wrist, stop watchin', my neck is flossy
At the 2018 Billboard Music Awards, Ariana took the stage wearing the Cleveland choker. It featured 45.54 carats of diamonds set in 100.20 grams of 18-karat white gold.
Hair Extensions: $5,000
You like my hair? Gee, thanks, just bought it
Celebrity hair designer Tokyo Stylez has worked with not just Ariana but also Kylie Jenner, Naomi Campbell and Kim Kardashian. His designs start around $900, but we're guessing Ariana's famous long locks are one of the pricier pieces he's worked on.
Diamond Ring(s): $12,900 each
Bought matching diamonds for six of my bitches
Just because a girl isn't engaged doesn't mean she can't have a giant rock on her finger. After Ariana broke off her engagement with comedian Pete Davidson, she bought a diamond ring for herself...plus six matching ones for her BFFs. We think the friends could be sporting the iconic Tiffany® Setting.
My smile is beamin' (Yeah)
Earlier this month, Ariana took to Twitter to show off her new grill. No word on how much the diamond studs on her teeth cost; but for reference, the most expensive grill Dang & Co. ever made cost $30,000.
Skincare: $75-$450 per product
My skin is beamin' (Yeah)
Since she first came on the scene, Ariana has been rocking ~*flawless*~ skin. In 2014, she revealed she can't live without Los Angeles dermatologist Dr. Lancer's products. Perfect skin doesn't come cheap: products in his eponymous skincare line range from $75 to $450.
New York City Apartment: $16 million
I bought a crib just (Just for) the closet (Closet)
Ariana is obvi talking about her NYC pad, which she bought when she was still engaged to Davidson (his-and-her closets). The 4,023 square foot apartment has five bedrooms to go with four and a half bathrooms. She also has access to the building's IMAX theater and 75-foot pool.
Private Jet: $10,000 per month
Look at my neck, look at my jet
When you're Ariana freaking Grande, you don't fly coach. In fact, you don't even fly first class. You fly PRIVATE. If Ariana has a private jet of her own, it could have cost anywhere between $1.4 million and $20 million. But, more likely, she belongs to a private jet club. An unlimited use membership costs as much as $10,000 per month.
The Grand Total...
We definitely don't have enough money to pay her respect. The references in this song alone lead us to believe it costs more than $16,305,939 to ball out like Ariana Grande. But, with chart-toppers like 7 Rings, she should have no trouble affording this lavish lifestyle.
