With the cold weather coming on strong this month, all I want to do is eat soup and watch Netflix in bed.  Luckily Halifax is well equipped to serve all our autumn comfort food cravings, with some delicious ramen interpretations being served up by many well known local restaurants.

The talented chefs at each spot listed below have come up with some insane ramen varieties that you have to try.  Leave your comfort zone and order something unusual next time you go out to eat!


1. Truly Tasty // 6214 Quinpool Road

All local food bloggers seem to agree that Truly Tasty on Quinpool Road is serving up the best Ramen in Halifax. Using a combination of local meat and genuine Japanese ingredients, Truly Tasty offers a huge range of ramen and dumpling combinations – try the Crispy Fried Chicken Curry Ramen if you’re good with spice!


2. Tako Sushi & Ramen // 480 Parkland Drive
