No matter if you deal with it on a daily basis or every once and a while, anxiety can ruin some of the best moments for you. While sometimes we think that celebrities are perfect, they're really not. More and more celebrities come out saying they suffer from a mental illness, and that's exactly why the stigma needs to stop.

Ashley Benson, who played Hanna on Pretty Little Liars, seems super cool, calm and collected. However, she actually had panic attacks on set and would have to take Xanax, but ultimately decided to self-medicate through more natural remedies. She now credits meditation, working out, sleeping well, and eating healthy for combating her anxiety.
Emma Stone has always been super open about her struggle with anxiety. As a child, she used to have this fear that her house would burn down and the anxiety was so constant, she could hardly go to school. She credits a lot of her recovery to acting classes and improv, because you have to be in the moment.
It's no surprise that Khloe Kardashian hasn't had the easiest last few years. Specifically when all of that drama with Lamar was going on, Khloe was struggling big time.
