On Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kourtney is known for being a little eccentric when it comes to her health. She's always up for trying out new diets, food plans and if it's organic, give it to her!
Over the years, Kourtney has remained in amazing shape (even after having three babies?!) and she definitely credits it to her amazing lifestyle regimen. She always looks amazing, healthy and glowing to the gods. But what's her secret?
Here are Kourtney's favourite lifestyle hacks to keep her in shape and super healthy.
1. She avoids sugar. If it has added sugar, Kourtney is not having it!
2. She eats constantly throughout the day, but only healthy foods!
3. Kourtney doesn't drink soda.
4. She tries to make food at home as much as possible, to avoid unhealthy options from restaurants.
5. She avoids sugary alcoholic drinks. If she drinks, she'll have tequila on ice, beer or wine.
6. Kourtney doesn't eat any dairy!
7. She only buys organic food!
8. She doesn't eat gluten either and she says it gives her a ton more energy!
9. To start her day, she takes collagen supplements early in the morning when she wakes up.
10. She has a salad for lunch every day, with a source of protein. Usually, she adds salmon or chicken.
11. Kourtney always has hot green tea after her lunch.
12. She mixes 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in water and drinks it twice a day. In the morning and at night.
13. She works out 5-6 times a week. Working out helps her mental and physical health more than anything else.
