Starbucks. The holy grail of coffee shops. Honestly, what would the world be without Starbucks? We'd probably all just not care about fall that much, because the pumpkin spice latte wouldn't exist. How sad would that be?! No passion tea lemonade in the summer, no peppermint mocha in the winter. I mean, I'm sure we would survive, but trends like the unicorn Frappuccino wouldn't happen and that's sad enough on it's own.
Even though we all love our Starbucks, the drinks can get pretty caloric depending on what you order. We all know Frappuccino's aren't the healthiest option, but everything in moderation, right? There are a ton of ways you can make a Starbucks drink healthy, you just have to be willing to give up other things, but I guarantee you'll love the options.
So if you love Starbucks just as much as I do, you'll know there are a ton of options that don't break the bank or pack on the pounds. Everything is good in moderation, but if you're drinking the same drink that's over 500 calories a day, you're not getting any benefits from it! They always say not to drink your calories, but you can totally find options that are way more exciting than just plain black coffee and milk.

Whether you prefer your coffee iced or hot, both have a ton of options that are healthy and low calorie if you're one of those people that likes to treat themselves with coffee daily. From skinny syrups to adding coconut milk instead of regular milk, you'll get the same flavour with less calories!
Skinny Vanilla Latte
You can have this hot or cold, but it tastes amazing. Getting the skinny syrup helps you save on a few calories, and instead of regular milk, opt for almond or coconut milk.

This drink is better as a hot drink, so it's amazing for the colder months. There are no syrups in here, but it's just an espresso beverage made with two ristretto shots and a thin layer or whatever milk you decide. Again, coconut or almond milk would be the best choice.
Calories: 130 for a tall with coconut milk
This drink can be made so many ways, and it's also great hot or cold. In the wintertime, adding peppermint flavouring to it is amazing and is still low calorie. However, it doesn't need anything to amp up the flavour.

Nonfat Iced Caramel Macchiato
This drink isn't only delicious, but it's a low fat, low calorie option. If you're going to do this one, it's better to get it iced so that there are less calories in the drink. However, in the winter it would be delicious as a hot drink. It's really up to you!

For Teas, click 'NEXT'
Teas are generally low calorie, because it's just water, tea bags and sugar if desired. However, there are some delicious teas that you may have not ever tried, and you need to. Who cares if it's fall?! Tea is in season all year round. From London Fog's to classic iced green tea (my fav), there are endless options with teas at Starbucks, but these are some of the best!
If you've never tried a London Fog before, you're truly missing out. It's an Earl Grey tea mixed with hints of lavender, vanilla syrup and steamed milk. How good does that sound? I would recommend only getting this hot, and getting coconut milk to make it sweeter.

Iced Green Tea Latte
This drink gets a lot of love, and if you try it, you'll know why. It's matcha that's lightly sweetened with the milk of your choice. To make this a lower calorie option, stick with almond or coconut milk which will just add to the flavour!

Chai Tea Latte
This is one of my all time favourite drinks at Starbucks. If you're not feeling coffee but want a latte, this is the perfect pick. It's spicy, sweet, and warm all at the same time. It really feels like a true fall drink, but it's 100% okay any other time of the year. It's also delicious iced! Coconut milk is the best option with a chai tea latte, as it adds a subtle sweetness to the drink. You can also ask for it without the added sweetener to make it less caloric.

Iced Peach Green Tea
This option is timeless. It's great for when you're craving something sweet, but don't want all the extra calories. I always ask for mine unsweetened to get rid of the extra calories, but even if you do keep them in, it's still a low calorie option that is super refreshing!

For Frappuccino's, click 'NEXT'
Frappuccino's can easily be super high calorie. With all of the added sugars, the milk, the whipped cream, it can add up to be more than a meal itself. If you love Frappuccino's but also don't want to drink your calories, there are so many options that won't leave you feeling guilty (which you shouldn't anyways!). Indulge in one every once and a while, and here are the best options to do so:
Coffee Light Frappuccino Blended Coffee
This absolutely delicious Frappuccino will leave you wondering if it's really as low calorie as they say. This comes without whipped cream and non-fat milk but you could really use any milk you wanted in it. It's super refreshing and delicious on a hot summer day.

Cinnamon Dolce Light Frappuccino Blended Coffee
If you've ever had a cinnamon dolce latte from Starbucks, you know how delicious it is. Iced or hot, it's perfect for any day. But did you know they also have it in Frappuccino form?! This low calorie drink speaks for itself. If you love cinnamon, you need to try this.

Strawberries & Créme Frappuccino Blended Créme
If you're not a huge fan of coffee, this is probably your best bet. Switching out whole milk to non-fat milk and no sweetener as well as no whipped cream would be your best option for this Frapp. It's actually delicious, however this should be a treat. This is the best way to drink it without feeling guilty!
