Meghan Trainor is known in the music industry for creating amazing music and singing her heart out. She became super famous after releasing her song "All About That Bass", a song that explicitly talked about her curves.
Now that it's been a few years, Meghan has decided that the extra curves aren't worth it and she'd rather get healthy. Well, to our surprise, Meghan recently revealed that she's lost 20 lbs and she did it all the healthy way.

Meghan opened up to ET about her new health regimen and we're loving her healthy new attitude. The 24-year-old singer talked about body positivity and how happy she is that she's lost 20 lbs.
She started off by saying that she was dedicated to changing her lifestyle because she just wanted "to live forever, man." She continued, "I wanna stay looking young forever." She revealed, "I stopped drinking, stopped doing anything bad to my face, I don't want to deal with ance anymore - I'm 24, I'm over it, and I just want to live 'til I'm 106." Me too, Meghan.
Many fitness gurus claim that cutting out drinking definitely has a major effect on their health and helps with losing weight. The excess sugars in alcohol and drinking a ton of beers on a regular basis will definitely cause you to gain weight.
Meghan also talked about how her body weight would fluctuate a lot and that losing weight was not that easy. "I did fluctuate and learned that the quick way, cause I never ever lost that much weight before. I immediately noticed, like, 'Oh, there's a ten back' and then I had to lose it again. So that's a lesson to learn."
Meghan also talked about how supportive her fiance Daryl Sabara was. "One day we'll have kids, I want to be the healthiest I can be for those kids." She went on to talk about how he's really changed her life for the better and he showed her that working out can be fun!
"He showed me how working out can be fun. I didn't believe it, but now it's true and it feels so good when you're sore - I love that feeling now, I'm addicted to it."
The last and major health change she's made was her food. Meghan talks about how Daryl taught her to cook. "I never knew how to cook. He taught me, like, secrets how to make your food taste great but also be healthy for you."
