“Home Before Dark” Season 2

The first season hasn’t even aired yet, but Apple TV+’sHome Before Dark season two has already begun filming in Vancouver. According to What’s Filming, the cast will be in the city working on the series from January 27 until June 17. The new series is set to premiere on the streaming service on April 3 with the release of three episodes, and a new episode coming every Friday after that.

Deadline said the series is about a young girl who moves from Brooklyn to a much smaller, lakeside town that her father used to live in. Given her curious nature, it doesn’t take long for the girl to unearth a mysterious cold case that her father and everyone else in the town has tried to sweep under the carpet for years.

The new series has a star-studded cast including Mila Morgan (The Baby-Sitters Club), Brooklynn Prince (The Turning), Kylie Rogers (Yellowstone), Reed Birney (Titans), Joelle Carter (Dirty John), and Louis Herthum (What/If), just to name a few.

A Twitter user spotted the Home Before Dark crew at the Bethany Baptist Church in Richmond earlier today, meaning that filming for season two of the Apple TV+ series is getting started exactly according to schedule.

According to Variety, other shows on the streaming service that have already been renewed for a second season include Little America, For All Mankind, The Morning Show, and Dickinson, among others.

The Jason Momoa series See was also renewed for season two and will be filming on the other side of Canada, in Ontario over the next few months.
