In almost a flash, Christmas break will be over and it will be the time to start thinking about those Spring Break plans. And with the amount of money you just spent on Cyber Monday, we're thinking stay-vacation may just be the best plan. We're in luck, because this March, Houston is getting another margarita festival, and it's calling our name.
On March 7 at the Firehouse Saloon, there will be margs on margs on margs. With a live DJ and a raffle for a 55" smart TV, we'd even argue it's a great investment of your hard-earned cash.
The event will go from 11 a.m. on Saturday till 4 p.m., giving you a whole afternoon of sips, bites, and the best kind of chilling.
You can get general admission tickets for just $25. That includes your first two margaritas and access to the event.
And for $50, you can get the super special VIP package.
VIP gets you in an hour early at 11 a.m. includes your first 4 margaritas (and your last, if you're smart), an event T-shirt (okay, I'm in), raffle tickets, and all that entertainment they're promising.
Obviously, the event is 21+. This particular event is hosted by Bar Crawl Unlimited, who hosts boozy events all over the country, so it's safe to say this ain't their first rodeo.
If you're craving the booze fest sooner and with some tacos, check out the Taco X Tequila festival happening this February in Houston.
Because if there's anything this city knows how to do, it's finding an excuse to throw a fest with some booze.
