"I Am Not Okay With This" On Netflix Stars A Canadian & Viewers Are Loving The Show

Of the many original series on Netflix, some of the most popular shows are arguably their dark teen comedies such as Stranger Things and The End of the F***ing World. Luckily for fans of the genre, the streaming service just put out a new show called I Am Not Okay With This and viewers are already obsessed.

Earlier today, Netflix released the new series about a teenage girl named Sydney who, like many other high school students, is dealing with family drama and understanding her sexuality. On top of all of that though, Sydney suddenly finds out that she also has mysterious superpowers that are beginning to awaken.

According to IMDb, I Am Not Okay With This stars Sophia Lillis (It Chapter Two), Wyatt Oleff (It Chapter Two), Sofia Bryant (The Good Wife), Kathleen Rose Perkins (Fresh Off the Boat), and Richard Ellis (Veronica Mars).

The show also stars Canadian child actor Aidan Wojtak-Hissong as the character of Liam. You may recognize Wojtak-Hissong from his work on projects like Saving Hope, Falling Water, and The Mission, among others listed on his IMDb.

The dark teen comedy has only been streaming on Netflix for a few hours now, but viewers are already binge-watching the show and begging for a second season.

“I just finished watching I Am Not Okay with This and I need a second season now,” one person tweeted.

The series has already scored an impressive 86% Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, which proves that it really is as good as viewers are making it out to be.
