IKEA Stores Across Canada Are Hosting AYCE Swedish Christmas Buffets Next Month

Get ready to stuff your face with Swedish goodies! The IKEA Canada Swedish Christmas Julbord 2019 is happening this December and it promises to be as delicious as always. The traditional Swedish feast happens every holiday season at IKEA and Canada's definitely looking forward to it.

While IKEA is known for its affordable furniture, it's also known for its cheap food. After a long day of shopping, lunch at IKEA's cafeteria always hits the spot.

IKEA Canada's Commercial Public Relations Specialist tells Narcity that stores across the country will host the massive Swedish holiday buffet on December 4, 2019.

This year, IKEA is introducing the smörgåsbord in Canada. You'll get to indulge in oven-baked or boiled Christmas ham, meatballs, herring, marinated salmon, potatoes, eggs, variations of cabbage, crispbread, cheese, gingerbread, saffron and much more.

Some IKEA stores will be extending their Julbord feast celebrations past December 4, but those locations are still being confirmed. As of now, you can mark the first Wednesday of December in your calendar.

Tickets are also super cheap, especially when you consider how much food you will get to eat.

Tickets for the December event are being sold for $24.99 each, and $9.99 for children. This is a cheap price to pay for a Christmas meal especially when you don’t even have to do dishes afterwards.

IKEA Family Members will get discounted tickets at $19.99. Tickets will be sold at IKEA restaurants.*

This event is the perfect excuse to totally pig out before the real holiday festivities begin. Stay tuned for more details about Julbord feasts at IKEA stores in your region.
