IKEA Just Announced A Major Change To Their Return Policy In Canada

Following the successful launch of their new plant-based hot dog, IKEA has just made another major announcement that Canadian shoppers will love. The furniture store just made huge upgrades to their return policy and its sure to get customers excited.

Instead of only having 45 days to return your IKEA purchase, you'll now have 365. That's right, you have an entire year to test out your furniture, home decor and accessories and get a full refund you change your mind. "The return policy covers all IKEA products including unexpired food, with no exceptions," their press release states.

Aptly named the "365 Days To Change Your Mind" policy, customers can get all of their money back on any product, even if its assembled. That way you can set it up at home, even use it, as long as it's in "resalable condition" upon returning it.

The policy is designed to give customers "more room and time to make the right decisions for their homes," says IKEA Canada's Customer Experience Manager. The 365-day return policy also applies to online purchases.

You can even return your IKEA mattress after an entire year of using it and exchange it for a different one. "It is important to us that you love your new mattress. So if after a while you discover that it is too firm, too soft or too something else just bring the mattress back and simply exchange it for another," their policy says.
