The first season has a total of ten episodes, each of which tells the story of some seriously horrific and heinous crimes committed by inmates. Although the stories are hard to listen to, I Am A Killer gives you some unique insight into what's really happening in the minds of these convicted criminals.
The show has been available in the US and Canada for a year now, but it was just recently released in the UK, which explains the sudden surge in popularity. People on Twitter can't stop talking about how addicting the series is.

Some of the stories told in this series are absolutely haunting, like that of Miguel Angel Martinez, who was sentenced for a triple murder that has been linked to his practice of Satanism. Martinez is the youngest person ever to be placed on Death Row in the state of Texas.
Another episode talks about Wayne Doty, a man who's admitted his guilt, but requests to die by the electric chair rather than lethal injection because of his fear of needles. You can check out the trailer for I Am A Killer below.
