Justin Bieber And Hailey Baldwin Reportedly Didn't Sign A Prenup Despite Him Being Worth $263 Million More Than Her

In case you've been living under a rock, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's engagement is the engagement of the year – and it's probably the one that had us the most shook this year, despite all the unexpected celebrity engagements in 2018 that also came after only a few months of dating, such as Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson and Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra.

The engagement came out of absolutely nowhere to fans:Hailey was seen with Shawn Mendes in May 2018 at the Met Gala just two months before their engagement announcement and the Biebs reunited once again with his on-again, off-again love Selena Gomez at the beginning of this year.

Justin Bieber's Instagram post confirming their engagement is now one of the most liked pictures on the platform ever, with over 13 million likes and counting. 

Their shocking engagement announcement came after only one month of dating in 2018. Here's a comparison: Justin Bieber has been with Selena Gomez on and off since 2010 and there has never been a ring on her finger. On the other hand, 21-year-old Hailey Baldwin has only been in his life since 2014, and they reportedly dated for a year from 2015 to 2016 and then reunited a month before their engagement. 

This past weekend, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin may have already gotten married after an astonishingly long engagement of two months. The couple is believed to have legally wed in a courthouse in New York City on September 13, with multiple sources confirming the news. 

Many sources confirmed to People that the duo got married at Manhattan's Marriage Bureau on Thursday. “They went ahead and did it without listening to anyone,” an insider told People. Oh, young love.

At first, Baldwin tweeted in response that they did not get married yet, but that tweet has since been deleted by her, just a day after being posted. To explain this, a source told Us Weekly that Hailey doesn't believe she is married until it is with a religious wedding ceremony before God – but as of now they are legally married, for real. 

Considering how spontaneous the whole engagement seemed, it may not be a huge surprise (still defs a surprise though) that these two tied the knot already. But reportedly Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin did not even get a prenup.

Meaning that if they ever do split, there are no legal documents that separate their property or financial rights from before they were married. I'm sorry, what? Yeah, this seems like a very bold decision by Bieber...

Justin Bieber is estimated to have a net worth of $265 million – yeah not bad for a 24-year-old, not bad at all. Hailey Baldwin has an approximate net worth of $2 million. It may still be a whole lot to us regular folks but to Justin Bieber? That's less than one percent of his net worth. 

A legal insider told Us Weekly that the two did not get a prenup before their courthouse wedding. “They didn’t tell anyone on their teams what was going on and his people have been frantically trying to get his business affairs and finances in order," an insider source told The Sun. Yeah no surprise there, his team must be working their butts off trying to protect that $265 million dollar fortune. The divorce rate in the U.S. is around 50 percent, just putting that out there. 

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's romance has sure been a whirlwind and this courthouse wedding sans prenup is just another indication that we sure can never predict what will happen next with them.
