Justin Bieber's Mom Pattie Mallette Just Low-Key Declared Her Disapproval Of Her Son's Engagement
Fans are convinced that Justin Bieber's mom, Pattie Malette, wants the world to know that she's unsupportive of her son's recent engagement to Hailey Baldwin. The couple had only been dating for a few weeks before Bieber popped the question in the Bahamas. Mallette hasn't publicly said so herself, but her recent activity on social media gives us all the evidence we need.
Inexplicably, Mallette has removed a line from her Twitter bio about Bieber which read, "Yes, Justin Bieber is my son." The line was in her bio for the longest time, and fans don't know what to make of its sudden disappearance.
Then, Pattie got even more passive aggressive, liking a tweet about rushing into marriage. Former Bachelor Sean Lowe jokingly tweeted about men on the show "proposing to a woman they've only known for a few weeks."
Mallette also tweeted yesterday, "If you don't have something nice to say..." - a reference to the expression, "If you don't have something nice to say, say nothing at all." Her actions are doing all the talking instead.

But, just before news of Justin and Hailey's engagement got out, Mallette hinted her excitement in a tweet that said, “Love Love Love Love Love Love Love.”
Some fans refuse to believe that Mallette's Twitter activity is any indication of disapproval. "The tweet Pattie liked was about The Bachelor & it doesn't even fit Jailey's situation," one fan writes, "Justin & Hailey have known each other for years. There was no shade. It's disgusting that you are all trying to force a fight between mother & son just because you disagree with J's engagement."
I’m pretty sure this isn’t any shade towards Justin and Hailey. Pattie is a huge fan of the bachelorette show and has been for many years.
