Kanye West's New Movie "Jesus Is King" Is Hitting Theatres All Across Canada

But when will the album be released?
Kanye West's Movie Jesus Is King

There's literally no one way to ever predict what Kanye West's next career move is until he actually announces it. While Yeezy fans have been anticipating the arrival of his newest album, West has announced that not only are we getting a new album, we're also getting an entire film to accompany it. Kanye West's Movie Jesus is King is coming to Canada, here's where you can watch it.

Releasing movies is actually something a lot of artists are doing today. Travis Scott just dropped his on Netflix last month, but those films are usually documentaries dedicated to the artist's life or the process of making an album.

Kanye West's new movie, however, is completely different. He's been slowly showing the movie across the US. Directed by British filmmaker Nick Knight, the movie will follow different clips of West's infamous Sunday Service.

Besides glimpses of the ceremonies featured on Kim Kardashians Instagram stories, and his performance at Coachella earlier this year, no one has seen much of the exclusive event.

He also dropped the trailer for the film yesterday. While it doesn't give away much you can hear the gospel version of his song "Say You Will" playing in the background. The camera slowly pans into a bright light and ends with a quote from the bible, “In the words of Jesus Christ, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe in the gospel,’ – Mark 1:15.”

Jesus is King will roll out in theatres across the United States and Canada starting on October 25. There hasn't been an official announcement about when the Jesus is King album will be released after it was postponed from its original September date, but there's speculation it'll also be released on October 25.

People who live in Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Calgary can purchase tickets and find their theatre locations here
