"Klaus" Is Netflix Canada's Highest Rated Christmas Movie Of The Year So Far

When people become adults, it can become easy to forget to revisit the simple joys of childhood, like watching animated shows and movies. While the recent launch of Disney+ has allowed us to relive our childhood, other streaming services like Netflix are also putting out amazing content for children and adults alike. Klaus on Netflix Canada is being called one of the best-animated movies of 2019.
Every year, Netflix puts out a collection of holiday content to get its viewers excited for Christmas. The streaming service has released three-holiday movies so far, Holiday in the Wild, Let It Snow, and Klaus.
Holiday in the Wild appears to be the least favourite amongst viewers so far. It only scored a 50% on Rotten Tomatoes, and really, it has a lot more to do with saving baby elephants than it does Christmas.
Overall, Let It Snow has received pretty positive reviews and has been called things like "adorable" and heartwarming. It even scored an 80% on Rotten Tomatoes, which is impressive for a teen movie!
Earlier today, Netflix released a film called Klaus; an animated film about a postal academy student named Jesper and a mysterious carpenter named Klaus whose unlikely friendship creates Christmas as we know it.
Since its release this morning, Klaus has received tons of praise from viewers and has scored an 87% on Rotten Tomatoes.
"Oh hey everyone! #Klaus is out on Netflix GO GO GO GO WATCH IT WATCH IT NOW WATCH WATCH WATCH!!!! It's GENUINELY INCREDIBLE WAATCH #KlausNetflix" one very excited user tweeted. "Klaus is now officially available on Netflix I hope everyone who is able watches and supports one of the most visually stunnning movies of this decade. It deserves all that and more... *cough*OSCAR*cough*," added another.
Critics are also calling the film "one of the best-animated movies of the year", so it's safe to say you should check it out.
