Krispy Kreme Canada's Valentine Donuts Are A Conversation Heart Throwback
Believe it or not, Valentine's Day is almost here again. So what should you think about getting for your special someone? Well, why not a nice box of donuts from Krispy Kreme Canada?
Hear us out. You might think that there's no romance in a dozen of these tasty treats, but you'd be wrong. Right now, you can get special Valentine-themed treats that are just perfect for the big day.
Each of these pastries is designed to look like a conversation heart. Remember getting those when you were a kid?
They had fun messages on them and were all different colours, but they also tasted like sweetened chalk. Needless to say, this version is probably better.
Not only do these heart-shaped desserts come with colourful icing and delicious fillings (like chocolate, strawberries and kreme, or cake batter), they also have fun messages written on them.
This being 2020, the sentiments have been given a much-needed update from the traditional "Be mine" and "kiss me."
If you find yourself opening a Krispy Kreme box on February 14, expect to see messages like "bae," "so extra," "DM me," and "all the feels."
You can get a whole dozen of these heart-shaped treats, or you can mix them in with some of the brand's other famous donuts.

The company is known for releasing some truly creative pastries, especially when it comes to the holidays.
On Halloween, they offered up some scary (and tasty) monster donuts.
For Christmas, the chain got into the holidays by giving customers the chance to try treats dressed like gifts, Santa, and even a reindeer (complete with pretzel antlers).
They're also known for their offer of $1 dozens, which they gifted to customers last year on December 12 (a dozen on 12/12, get it?).
Surprise your Valentine with donuts this year. They may not be as long-lasting as jewelry, but they'll definitely be easier to eat.
