We all know that getting a dream house can take time, but there's a chance you can do it sooner than you think. The HGTV show, Property Brothers: Forever Home is casting in Las Vegas. They are looking for families who want to remodel their home and transform it into a dream house.

The HGTV series Property Brothers: Forever Home, first aired in May of 2019, with the mission of transforming people's homes into forever ones. Unlike their other show, Property Brothers, the forever home series focuses on remodeling mundane homes into forever ones.

The series announced it will be heading to Las Vegas in the search of finding homeowners who are up to the task of remodeling their home.

Filming and the renovation of homes can begin as early as February 2020. But, before you have the chance of getting a top-notch remodel, you'll have to meet some requirements.

To be eligible you have to meet the following:

  • Own a home in the Las Vegas area
  • You just have to own your home that has the potential to be a forever house
  • A $90K renovation budget ready to go
  • Able to move out of the home during renovations (approx. 5-7 weeks)
  • Be ready for filming and renovations as early as February 2020
  • Be available for filming for at least 7 days over the course of the renovation
  • Have fun, be energetic, and eager about your home

Only those who own their home and live in the Las Vegas area will be considered for the opportunity.

One important qualification is that there must be two participants who are willing to appear on camera. They can be a partner, friend, or family member.

Each home with a minimum of a $90K budget will have 3-4 renovations done. However, due to time restrictions, add-ons or extensions on homes won't be able to be completed.

The renovations done to the homes can be a mixture of both interior and exterior design.

With filming beginning as early as next year, proof of financing and additional information is needed for your application to move to the next round.
